In-stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service will contact you to schedule a delivery window within 2 weeks of your order.

Do you offer international shipping for home decor?

Currently, Mariposa ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international destinations in the near future.

What is your return policy for home textiles and rugs?

We accept returns on unused textiles and rugs within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Yes, sustainability is at our core. All Mariposa wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber or reclaimed materials to ensure minimal environmental impact.

How do I care for my Mariposa handcrafted ceramics?

Most of our ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe, but we recommend hand-washing with mild soap to preserve the unique glaze finish over time.
